A journalist by trade, I changed my life's direction somewhat after my husband suffered a very sudden cardiac arrest in 2018.
Given a second chance at life together, my focus became health, fitness and strength. I studied nutrition, qualified as a personal trainer and revolutionised our diets and lifestyles.
I'm based in Oakwood, Near Chichester, West Sussex, and train clients of every age and with every fitness goal. Whether you want to get fit, lose weight, are recovering from surgery or illness, or just want to get shredded, I will guide you every step of the way with nutritional advice and your personalised fitness plan.

I utilise all forms of exercise including cardio machines (treadmills, cycles) free weights, kettle bells, boxing, fun boot camp activities, pilates, TRX and much more.

After my Husband's sudden cardiac arrest, I set up Hearty & Healthy to Share all the heart-healthy recipes I had invented.
I studied nutrition and took advice from the British Heart Foundation and the NHS doctors caring for us.
We live our life based on the Mediterranean diet, which is low in saturated fat, rich in 'healthy' poly and monounsaturated fats, and includes lots of fish, lean white meats, wholegrains, vegetables and fruit.
